2008 MREA ENERGY FAIR EXPECTS TO DRAW 20,000 June 11, 2008 - Based on information at www.focusonenergy.com
Since 1990 the Midwest Renewable Energy Association has held its annual Energy Fair every summer as a vehicle to educate residents and businesses about clean energy. Last year the fair attracted nearly over 19,500 people and this year expectations are even higher. The 19th Annual Energy Fair will be held June 20-22 at the MREA headquarters in Custer, WI. This year exhibit space is sold out as the fair will feature over 270 exhibitors and over 200 workshops. According to the MREA, the event is the world's largest "renewable energy, energy efficiency and sustainable living educational event of its kind." The event includes countless solar companies and demonstrations as well as a showcase of many other renewable energy products.
