I first contacted Al in the spring of 1999 and explained I was interested in
a Fireball 2001 system but that I wanted a different configuration of the system
than the five offered. I told him that I wanted to convert an old gas water
heater as the storage/heat exchange unit. After a few minutes of phone conversation
about what I had in mind, he tailored a package for me with all of the parts
necessary.
When I assembled my system, I had everything I needed the first time. The system has performed extremely well, was easy to assemble, and at the best price of any I had looked at. I highly recommend the Fireball 2001 and Al's customer oriented business philosophy.
Keep up the great work Al, I hope together we will soon all free ourselves from fossil fuel addiction.
